At Trust Your Wings, every tag is handmade with care from resin and clay. Because each piece is crafted individually, slight variations and imperfections are normal and part of the charm of handmade work.
Refunds & Replacements
Damaged or Broken Items
I take great care to package each order safely, but sometimes things can happen during shipping that are out of my control. If your item arrives damaged or broken, please contact me within 24 hours of delivery with photos of both the item and packaging.
• A photo is required for a refund or replacement to be accepted.
• After 24 hours, I may not be able to offer a refund or replacement, since I can’t guarantee how the item was handled after delivery.
• Tags that break due to rough play, chewing, pulling, or heavy wear and tear are NOT eligible for refunds or replacements.
• Lost tags are NOT eligible for refunds or replacements.
• Sale items are final sale and Not eligible for refunds or exchanges.
Custom Orders
Custom/personalized tags are non-refundable, unless they arrive damaged or incorrect (with photo proof).
Processing Refunds
Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method. Please allow 3–5 business days for your bank to process the transaction.
