Each clay and resin tag is handmade with care, so please allow time for your order to be created and shipped.

• Standard processing time is 5–10 business days before shipping. (This may vary during busy seasons or for custom orders.)

• You’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.

• All orders are shipped via USPS with tracking included.
